What is the Carers Centre?

The centre offers information and support to anyone who is looking after a relative, friend or neighbour in an unpaid capacity. This may be because of physical disability, mental health problems, learning disability or long-term illness.

                How does it work?

bulletprovide information and advice on all aspects of caring
bulletoffer a counselling service for carers

                Who can benefit from the service?

Carers living in the borough of Eastleigh and the Southern parts of Test Valley around Romsey. 

                What about young carers?

ECS also has a Young Carers Project providing support to young carers aged 11-21, living in the Borough of Eastleigh.

                How are carers referred to the centre?

Carers can make direct contact with the centre, or Social Services, health professionals, friends, relatives and neighbours may refer them.
