                Who can be a member?

Membership of ECS is open to voluntary or statutory bodies serving the residents of Eastleigh Borough.

                Benefits of membership

Benefits to member groups include the use of community transport buses, concessionary rates for ECS publications, a monthly mailing of news and information (including Network, ECS’s bi-monthly newsletter), and advice, support and information on a whole range of developmental issues. Member groups also have access to equipment hire and secretarial, photocopying and bookkeeping services.

                Responsibilities

Membership of ECS is subject to an annual fee (currently £8). Member organisations are entitled to vote at the ECS AGM and nominate people for election to the Board of Trustees and the Representatives Committee; they also have the right to participate in any consultation run by ECS. Members have a limited liability of £1 in the event of ECS ceasing to operate.
